Sanjay Verma, Director
Sanjay is the Divisional Vice President, Strategic Planning and Global initiatives at PTC, Needham, Massachusetts, USA. Before moving to PTC he was the founding managing director of ITC Infotech India Ltd., a SEI CMM Level 5 software services and solutions provider with offices in India, USA, and UK. He took charge of the Information Technology business of ITC in 1999. He was responsible for restructuring the business and consequent to the formation of ITC Infotech India Ltd., the Infotech subsidiary of ITC, in October 2000, he was appointed as the Managing Director.

Under his stewardship at ITC Infotech, the company grew from a small division, primarily providing services to its corporate businesses, to a multi-million dollar company with a global footprint in over 40 countries. He was also responsible for structuring a joint venture between ITC Infotech and Clientlogic USA : CLI3L, a company which grew to over 2000 people in span of 2 years.

He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra. Mr. Verma has participated in executive programs at the Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad, Indian institute of Management - Bangalore, Sloan School of Management, MIT, and Wharton School of Finance.
 
Sudipta Sen, CEO, Director
Sudipta has fourteen years of experience in the consumer devices industry. During that time he worked at Texas Instruments where he was responsible for putting into production advanced PDAs and smartphones based on TI’s OMAP™ processors, and Compaq Computer Corporation where he was responsible for the architecture and design of desktops, notebooks and audio/video products. Achievements at Compaq include the design of the first sub-$1000 personal computer in 1997, which won the PC Magazine award for best family PC.

Sudipta was also recognized by McDonnell Douglas for designing the first Pentium-class wearable computer during his time at American Megatrends, Inc. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
 
Dr. Chaitali Sengupta, CTO, Director
Chaitali is a recognized expert in the field of communications architecture, with two patents and more than fourteen years of experience. Her experience includes defining systems and roadmaps for 3G cellular chipsets and UMTS base stations at Texas Instruments, where she was elected Distinguished Member, Technical Staff. She is the author of three book chapters, including, "DSP in mobile communications" published by John Wiley and Sons, and has published over fifteen research papers in various prestigious journals such as IEEE Transactions Communications.

Her awards and honors include: “Top 100 innovators under 35” list in the MIT Technology Review Magazine in 2004, and Rice University Outstanding Young Engineering Alumna in 2007. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1999, from Rice University, Houston, TX.
