Sudipta Sen, Chief Executive Officer
Sudipta has fourteen years of experience in the consumer devices industry. During that time he worked at Texas Instruments where he was responsible for putting into production advanced PDAs and smartphones based on TI’s OMAP™ processors, and Compaq Computer Corporation where he was responsible for the architecture and design of desktops, notebooks and audio/video products. Achievements at Compaq include the design of the first sub-$1000 personal computer in 1997, which won the PC Magazine award for best family PC.

Sudipta was also recognized by McDonnell Douglas for designing the first Pentium-class wearable computer during his time at American Megatrends, Inc. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
 
Dr. Chaitali Sengupta, Chief Technology Officer
Chaitali is a recognized expert in the field of communications architecture, with two patents and more than fourteen years of experience. Her experience includes defining systems and roadmaps for 3G cellular chipsets and UMTS base stations at Texas Instruments, where she was elected Distinguished Member, Technical Staff. She is the author of three book chapters, including, "DSP in mobile communications" published by John Wiley and Sons, and has published over fifteen research papers in various prestigious journals such as IEEE Transactions Communications.

Her awards and honors include: “Top 100 innovators under 35” list in the MIT Technology Review Magazine in 2004, and Rice University Outstanding Young Engineering Alumna in 2007. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1999, from Rice University, Houston, TX.
 
Dr. Yuan Kang Lee, Vice-President of Engineering
Kang has over 15 years of experience in the field of digital baseband designs and communications algorithms, with over eight patents granted and five pending all in the area of wireless algorithms and design. He served as Chief Engineer of the UMTS chipset program at Texas Instruments, where he grew the engineering team to a large worldwide organization and led them to deliver one of the earliest demonstrations of a WCDMA voice and data call. During that time he also drove much of the development of core implementation IP in TI’s WCDMA designs.

Kang received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1998, from Rice University, Houston, TX.
 
Bikramjit Gupta Sarma, Chief Operating Officer
Bikram has over 24 years of experience in Global Operations, Software Development and Product Management in Start-ups to Large Corporations, with positions ranging from Entrepreneurial to Executive Management. Prior to joining SNRLabs, Bikram was Vice President of Global Center Operations at Oracle overseeing various Customer Services deliveries in six countries as well as Chairman of Oracle’s India Management Group. He has also held various management positions, including Vice President Systems Technology and Vice President Platform Engineering at Oracle. Bikram was a member of the startup team for Oracle India . Prior to Oracle, Bikram held executive management positions at Ampersand Corp, USA and Applied Electro-Magnetics, India , amongst others.

Bikram has an BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and MS in Mathematics from BITS, Pilani India . He is also a Stanford Certified Project Manager from Stanford University California.
 
Somnath Viswanath, Vice-President of Business Development
Somnath has over 18 years of experience spanning semiconductors, networking and server design. He has held senior management positions both in engineering and marketing at Intel, AMD and a number of startups. At Intel, he was part of the marketing group for Intel’s Ethernet networking division and later worked in the server and chipset groups. He has extensive experience in marketing and business development at startups - leading overall strategy, defining product roadmaps, market development and product marketing. In those roles, he built the business in EMEA and APAC regions. Somnath has also presented in several industry forums such as Intel Developer Forum, D&R IP SoC conference and written several technical articles. Somnath holds multiple US patents in the networking domain.

Somnath has an MBA from Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley, an MS in Computer Engineering from N.C. State and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from I.I.T. Madras.
