Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus 3 years experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternate Education/Experience requirement: Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus 1 years experience. Job responsibilites include developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Documentation (LLD/Interface documents, etc.) as per policy. Ensure timely completion of development activity with good quality (Functionality as well as optimized for CPU, Power, Memory and System response) SW.

• Must have
  • Hands on working for Java and/or Android rich experience in a professional environment.
  • Source code control understanding (experience with Subversion and Eclipse preferred).
  • Passion for mobile device technologies, especially Android.
  • Experience with Android SDK is highly desirable.
  • Integration, debugging, and testing mobile handset platforms.
• Good to have
  • Experience writing production level embedded software.
  • Experience in network and session management (sockets and TCP/IP programming)
  • Experience in wireless and networking protocols (UMTS, WiFi, WIMAX, SIP/VoIP, RTP, HTTP)
